When you come into the office, you will hopefully experience a warm and supportive environment that will allow you to explore the issues weighing on your heart. During the initial visit, we will go over all the office procedures and important policies you need to know. Then I will give you a chance to express the reasons you are coming for help in the first place. We will go over some of your background information important for me to know. From there, we will talk about initial thoughts of a treatment plan and goals you want to accomplish.
